The Workforce Development Program (WDP) at Essex County College, is a result-driven program designed to help the people of Newark and Essex County find solid career opportunities.
The WDP program is multi-faceted and covers different areas of the job search process in twenty days. It includes employability skills, job readiness, building effective communication skills, and computer literacy.
